Purple Magic

A mesmerizing color-changing mocktail using Driftee Lemon Lavender.

Ingredients:

• 1 can Driftee Lemon Lavender

• 2 oz brewed and chilled butterfly pea flower tea

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

• Ice

• Lemon wheel & edible flowers for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Pour the chilled butterfly pea flower tea over the ice, creating a deep blue base.

3. In a separate small cup, mix the lemon juice and honey/simple syrup.

4. Slowly pour the lemon mixture into the glass and watch as the drink turns a vibrant purple.

5. Top with Driftee Lemon Lavender and gently stir.

6. Garnish with a lemon wheel and edible flowers.
